How to use BUGBITES® like a real Bugger:
Melt a bar of dark chocolate with 72% cocoa, mix with a bag of natural Bugbites and a small handful of peanuts. Choose a mold (e.g a pie dish). Press firmly against the mold and shape the mixture into a single solid piece. Drizzle the last of the melted chocolate onto the cluster, and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top. Freeze for 10 minutes.

B*g up your Porridge
As hearty as it comes! Semolina & Spelt porridge, crushed flax seed and Natural BugBites, topped off with a drizzle of maple syrup. Tip: mix a handful of Bugbites with a pinch of cinnamon - get a bowl, throw in a scoop of Bugbites and half a teaspoon of ground cinnammon. Jumble a little and you’re ready to oomph!
Sweet but feisty - making smoothies ain’t an exact science, but here’s a combo that got our engines going:
½ dl Bugbites
5-8 Sea buckthorns
1 fresh mango
Juice of half a grapefruit
~ 1 dl water
